Goolwa Dharma Group
The Goolwa Dharma Group is a cross-tradition Buddhist group which has met fortnightly since 2000. The focus of our practice is on utilising the Buddhadharma in daily life, especially through the tools of insight meditation and curiosity about what occurs in our meditations. This can lead to new awarenesses and changes in our relationships with our inner and outer worlds.
Our meetings normally involve a short talk, a 40-minute meditation, a sharing of our reflection of of the meditation and a short discussion.
There is no charge to attend the group. Donations in the form of dana to cover rent of the hall and contribution to the teacher are gratefully accepted. The group is comprised of beginning meditators, experienced Buddhist practitioners and non-Buddhists alike.
The Goolwa Dharma Group is based at the Middleton Pioneer Hall, Walker Place, Middleton or see map below. We meet fortnightly on a Monday 10.00 am to 12.00 noon. New members are very welcome.
